Rhoda Seto

Rhoda Seto, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Torys LLP, a role assumed in April 2022, where responsibilities include developing the firm's DEI strategy and advising senior leadership. Prior to this, Rhoda worked at PwC Canada from 2007 to 2022, holding several positions including National Senior Manager for Inclusion and Diversity, where leadership in crafting firm-wide I&D strategies occurred. Rhoda's earlier roles at PwC included management in talent acquisition and assurance services across various lines of business, contributing to strong staff engagement and talent development initiatives. Rhoda's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.
