Chandrasekar Marimuthu possesses extensive experience in estimating and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Estimating at Total Facility Solutions since July 2023. Previously, Chandrasekar held various managerial positions, including Manager - Estimating at DPS Group Global and Director of Estimating & Procurement at Five Star Building Corp. Other notable roles include Estimating Manager at Structure Tone, Senior Cost Consultant at VJ Associates, and Preconstruction Lead at Exyte. Beginning their career as a Senior Estimator at Tutor Perini Building Corp, Chandrasekar has developed a robust skill set through significant roles in project management and consulting. Chandrasekar earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University between 1986 and 1990.
