Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson has over two decades of experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Total Health Care, Inc. since January 2017, Michael is also the owner of EPS SOLUTIONS LLC, providing tax preparation and bookkeeping services since 2010. Previous roles include General Manager of Operations at H&R Block, where performance and compliance were prioritized, and General Manager positions at both Liberty Tax Service and Chick-fil-A, focusing on financial management and team productivity. Additionally, Michael has experience in purchasing and account management from roles at Vonage, Sedona Staffing, and Universal Studios. Michael holds an Associate in Occupational Studies in Paralegal Studies from Interboro Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Management/HR from Kaplan University.
