Richard Perez

Richard Perez currently serves as the Operations Safety & Compliance Manager at Mamais Construction, a position held since March 2024. With extensive experience in safety management, Richard has also been working as an OSHA outreach trainer and instructor with Total Safety Consulting, LLC since June 2018. Prior roles include Safety Director at Upgrade Services, Global BMU, and Gradiant Services from February 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and conducting routine safety audits. Richard began a career in financial services with positions at Citi and HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, lasting from 2004 to 2013. Educationally, Richard attended Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York, earning a high school degree in Engineering.
