Michael R.

Michael R. has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Michael started their career as a PC Technician at NET-TECH DISTRIBUTING, INC, where they implemented an accounting system and provided tech support. Michael then worked as a PC Technician at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's George W. Beadle Center for Genetics and Biomaterials Research.

In 2002, Michael joined Total Tool Supply as an IT Manager and played a role in the acquisition of The Tool House, Inc. Michael managed the Epicor Eclipse ERP system and IT infrastructure, as well as worked on the development and testing of new mobile products. During their time at Total Tool Supply, Michael also built the company's IT department from scratch and managed all future IT endeavors.

In 2015, Michael became an IT Manager at Gordmans, where they were responsible for store systems in multiple locations. Michael focused on achieving PCI compliance and implementing a next-generation payment system.

In 2016, Michael moved on to Enterprise Properties Inc and worked as an IT Manager. Michael built a new IT department and oversaw all IT operations for the company.

Most recently, in 2019, Michael took on the role of Director of IT at Total Tool Supply, Inc., where they continue to lead the company's IT efforts.

Michael R. completed their education from 1998 to 2003 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Their field of study during this time was Management of Information Systems, with a minor in Sociology.
