Tim Dupont

Tim Dupont has a diverse work experience in various roles related to employee experience, people and culture, and human resources. Tim is currently serving as the Head of Future of Workplace Lab at TOTEM. Prior to that, they worked at Google as an Employee Experience Lead for two years. Tim also served as the Head of People and Culture at Revolut for three years. Tim has also worked as the Chief People Officer at Wonder and as an HR Advisor - Employee Experience at Second Home.

Tim Dupont began their education in 2010 at Sorbonne Université, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Tim then continued their studies at HEC Paris from 2013 to 2014, earning a Master's degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on personnel administration and general management. In 2014, they attended Sciences Po, where they pursued a Master's degree in Organizations and Human Resource Management, specializing in the development of human resources.
