Saira Haider

Saira Haider has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Saira has held various roles since 2004, beginning with an Intern at EnterpriseWorks Worldwide and a Research Consultant at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group. Saira then worked as an Intern at XStrata Plc and an International Research Intern at the Center for Public and Economic Policy. In 2007, they worked as a Consultant for both the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and Mouchel Plc. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at BT, where they held the roles of Senior Manager, Planning & Operations - Group Network Strategy, Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, Programme Manager - Consumer (TV & Sport), and Senior Consultant/Programme Manager - Cost Transformation. In 2021, they began working at TouchNote, where they are currently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff.

Saira Haider has a diverse educational background. Saira began their studies in 1996 at The Holton Arms School, where they obtained a Diploma in General Studies in 2000. In 2002, they earned their BA in International Affairs and Economics from The George Washington University, and in 2006 they completed their Master of Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a focus on Public and Economic Policy. In addition to their formal education, Saira has obtained several certifications, including Become a Chief of Staff with Brian Rumao from LinkedIn (2021), Creating Your IT Strategy from LinkedIn (2019), Prosci Change Management Practitioner from Prosci (2015), Agile Project Management Practitioner from APMG (2015), Managing Successful Programmes from APMG (2013), and Prince 2 Practitioner from APMG (2012).
