Shauna Robertson

Shauna Robertson has a long and diverse work experience spanning several positions in the banking industry. Shauna is currently employed as the Executive Vice President, Chief Banking and Human Resources Officer at Touchstone Bank since September 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the SVP, Human Resource Director at the same company from July 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining Touchstone Bank, Shauna worked at Blue Ridge Bank, N.A. from February 2021 to June 2022 as the SVP, Director of Retail Banking/ Security Officer.

Shauna'searlier experiences include roles at Virginia Commonwealth Bank from 2006 to 2021, where they held various positions such as SVP/Regional Manager/Security Officer, VP/Regional Manager/Branch Administration/Security Officer, VP/Human Resource Officer/ADA Officer/Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and Assistant Branch Manager.

Shauna began their banking career at First Federal Savings Bank in 2002, where they held positions as Customer Service Representative/Supervisor and Utility Teller.

Shauna Robertson attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they pursued the VBA School of Bank Management program. Prior to their enrollment at the University of Virginia, Shauna Robertson completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance/Economics at Virginia Commonwealth University. Shauna studied at Virginia Commonwealth University from 1997 to 2002.
