Gary Lau

Gary Lau (MBA) has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Gary has worked as a Professional Practice and Leadership Coordinator at the University of Technology Sydney since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Cloud BI Delivery Lead at Toustone, where they were responsible for delivering dashboards for large organizations. In 2020, Gary worked at Lau Strategic Solutions as an Agile Leadership Coach, where they implemented Agile methodology across cross-functional teams. Gary Lau holds an MBA degree in Finance from LaTrobe University in 2002. Gary also pursued a Graduate Diploma of Information Systems in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration from the University of Melbourne in 2001. Gary Lau completed their high school education at Melbourne High School from 1992 to 1995. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master Certificate from the Scrum Organisation in 2017 and a Certificate of Completion for Advanced Business Analytics from SAS in 2013. Gary Lau also holds various other certifications in fields such as project management, data mining, and database administration from institutions like Oracle, IBM, Teradata, and Brio Business Intelligence.
