The Project Management Team at Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and completion of telecommunication infrastructure projects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations, and facilitating communication and documentation processes. The team works closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of telecommunication towers, shelter-only sites, and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) across major regions in Indonesia.
