Kevin W. Donovan

Kevin W. Donovan has a diverse work experience across various healthcare organizations. Kevin W. currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) at Tower Health, where they are responsible for managing and restructuring the Tower Health Medical Group. Before this role, Kevin worked as a Principal Executive Advisor at Warbird Consulting Partners, providing consulting and advisory services to healthcare clients. Kevin W. also served as the Chairperson of the Board at the New Hampshire Hospital Association. Earlier in their career, Kevin held executive positions such as Chief Administrative Officer for Concord Hospital-Laconia & Concord Hospital-Franklin and President and CEO of LRGHealthcare and Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center. Kevin W. has also worked at Elliot Hospital, Dartmouth Health, Affiliated Medical Group, and Northeast Health Systems Inc in various leadership roles.

Kevin W. Donovan obtained a Master of Health Care Delivery Science degree from Dartmouth College in 2021. Kevin W. received a MHSA degree in Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University in 1996. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Syracuse University where they obtained a BS degree in Information Studies in 1992. Additionally, they hold the certifications of Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) obtained in 2007, and Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE) obtained from MGMA in 2002.
