Andres Marin Debedout

Andres Marin DeBedout has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Andres began their professional journey at IBM in 1990, where they worked as a Sr Process Automation Engineer until 1992. Andres then transitioned to the role of QA Manager at IBM from 1992 to 1994. In 1997, they joined IBM again, this time as a Sr. Systems Architect, and remained there until 2002.

Following their tenure at IBM, DeBedout joined Info Tech, Inc. in 2002 as a Sr. Program Manager. Andres worked in this position until 2006, at which point they moved to SumTotal Systems, where they served as the Director of Consulting Services until 2008.

In 2008, DeBedout joined Info Tech, Inc. once again, this time as the VP Systems. Andres held this role until 2010, after which they moved on to become the Chief Information Officer at Tower Hill Insurance Group starting in 2011. In this position, they focused on digital transformation leadership, implementing technology to improve business operations performance and new D2C channels.

Throughout their career, DeBedout has showcased their leadership and communication skills, developed and maintained strong relationships with senior business leaders, and ensured alignment of IT strategies with business goals.

Andres Marin DeBedout obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, spanning from 1985 to 1989. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, which they completed between 1994 and 1995. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Florida again to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Engineering Management, which they obtained in 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Andres Marin DeBedout has obtained several certifications. Andres received a Systems Architect certification from IBM in August 1998. Andres also holds a certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification, awarded by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Furthermore, they possess a project management certification known as PMP, issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Lastly, Andres Marin DeBedout has obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from Motorola Solutions.
