Pu Wan

Pu Wan is a seasoned professional in algorithmic trading and quantitative analysis, currently serving as a Senior Algorithmic Trader at Tower Research Capital since December 2017, specializing in medium and high-frequency trading of liquid futures and bonds. Prior to this role, Pu Wan worked as a Quantitative Analyst at a proprietary trading firm from April 2011 to December 2017, focusing on the development of quantitative trading strategies through mathematical and statistical modeling for alpha generation. Earlier experience includes a position as a Member of Technical Staff at Newfield Wireless (now NETSCOUT), where Pu Wan designed and implemented 4G LTE network optimization algorithms, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame, involved in distributed network optimization and control algorithms. Pu Wan holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor’s degree in Automatic Control from the University of Science and Technology of China.
