Steve Ganc

Steve Ganc is an experienced automotive professional currently serving as a Warranty Analyst at Warranty Processing Company, Inc. since January 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Steve has held various positions at Town & Country Ford, including Warranty Administrator and Service Manager from February 2016 to the present, and Service Manager from July 1999 to September 2015. Additionally, Steve served as Service Manager at Infiniti of Charlotte for a brief period in 2015, and held multiple roles at Town & Country Ford, such as Assistant Service Manager and Shop Foreman. Steve also contributed to the Technician Review Panel at Ford Motor Company from January 2011 to December 2012, focusing on improving technical training and service processes.
