Suzanne Lalor Puma

Suzanne Lalor Puma is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Fishkill since May 2022, Suzanne previously provided consulting services at SLP HR Solutions from 2012 to 2022, assisting small and mid-sized firms with various HR functions. Suzanne's background includes roles at Dutchess County Government and the Town of Beekman as well as serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Newedge after its merger in 2008. Prior experience also includes positions at Carr Futures, Amalgamated Life Insurance Company, and Bowery Residents' Committee, demonstrating a strong focus on employee relations, recruitment, benefit management, and performance systems. Suzanne holds an MBA in International Business and Human Resources from Iona University and a Certificate in Human Resources from New York University, complemented by a BA from Niagara University.
