Town of Jupiter
Frank Kitzerow serves as the Town Manager for the Town of Jupiter since December 2021, appointed by the Jupiter Town Council to manage the town's administration. Prior to this role, Kitzerow held significant positions including President of the NASCPC National Association of School and Campus Police Chiefs from June 2021 to December 2022 and Chief of Police for the Palm Beach County School District from July 2018 to December 2022, overseeing a large police department dedicated to student safety. Kitzerow also served as Chief of Police for the Jupiter Police Department from October 2005 to December 2022 and as Chief of Police for Portsmouth Police Department. Kitzerow's early career includes a role as Major in the Fairfax County Police Department. Kitzerow holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from National Louis University. Additionally, Kitzerow is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, participating in the 202nd session.
