The Town of Northlake is a home rule municipality located in southwest Denton County, Texas. The Town of Northlake boasts a full-time police department with 24-hour coverage. Northlake continues to benefit from economic growth as development presses from Fort Worth to the south and from Denton to the north. The major commercial area of Northlake at 35W and SH 114 provides opportunity for most business types from restaurants, retailers, and hotels to distributors and manufacturers. In addition to many large estate lot neighborhoods, Northlake hosts four master-planned communities: Harvest at FM 407 and 35W, Canyon Falls at FM 1171 and 35W, Pecan Square south of FM 407, and The Ridge south of Robson Ranch.
