Cole Rightley

Cole Rightley has extensive experience in program coordination and supervision, currently serving as Program Supervisor and formerly as Program Coordinator for the Town of Plainfield since October 2021. Responsibilities include coordinating a range of programs for various age groups, supervising part-time staff, conducting budget analyses, and collaborating with local businesses. Prior experience includes roles as Cross Country, Track, and Soccer Coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, where Cole organized events and trained new employees, and as Footwear Lead at DICK'S Sporting Goods, overseeing a team and driving sales strategies. Cole Rightley holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 2015 and 2019.
