Richard Howe

Richard Howe worked as the Chief of Police for the Town of Tyngsborough starting in June 2013. Richard then became an Online Adjunct Instructor at Southern New Hampshire University in November 2014.

Richard Howe's education history starts in 1996 when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Western New England University. In 1998, they pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Criminal Justice Administration, completing their studies in 2005.

In 2006, Richard obtained a Computer Support Specialist Certificate from Boston University, demonstrating their interest in computer science. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled at the Massachusetts School of Law in 2007 and achieved a Juris Doctorate in Law in 2010.

To broaden their knowledge in public administration, Richard pursued a Master's degree at Kaplan University from 2012 to 2014, specializing in the field of Public Administration.
