Phil Moyer

Phil has been involved and dedicated in the ICT industry since 2003. Early on, Phil successfully completed the apprenticeship program while transitioning to installer, project manager and project estimator. His focus has been mostly with fire alarm and access control projects ranging from healthcare and schools, county and state entities, municipal and facilities, and private companies. As a project manager with T&R Communications, Phil is responsible for design build projects and general RFP construction bids focusing on all facets of security. A few of his key strengths include knowledge of ICT standards, industry experience, outstanding time management, problem solving and client needs. Phil’s experience and dedication to providing precision work product are the core capabilities that will be a tremendous asset at T&R Communications.
