Terry Nederhoff

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Trace Genomics

Terry Nederhoff has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. They started their career in 1996 as a Customer Service representative at Communications Data Services. They then worked as a Project Assistant at Nova Graphics and a Mail Flow Coordinator/Data Entry clerk at Communications Data Services. In 1999, they became a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician at American Packaging Corporation before moving on to work as a Computer/Data Room Technician at 3M. In 2001, they joined The City of Ames - Laboratory Services Division as a Laboratory Technician, where they analyzed samples and maintained a LIMS system. In 2012, Terry became a Quality Assurance Engineer at Solum, Inc., a subsidiary of The Climate Corporation and Monsanto, where they managed QA/QC protocols, developed regression equations, and analyzed experimental data. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Solum Lab, a subsidiary of Winfield United and Land O'Lakes, where they continued to perform QA/QC duties and worked on developing new measurements and validating instrumentation. They currently hold the position of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Trace Genomics since 2020.

Terry Nederhoff obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Iowa State University, which was earned between the years 1990 and 1997. In 2017, Terry also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
