Kyle Gililland

Kyle Gililland has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kyle is currently the Vice President of Security Services at Trace3, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Practice Director and then Practice Director of GRC & Security Intelligence at Trace3 from August 2019 to January 2022. Before joining Trace3, Kyle worked as an Attorney at Kyle Gililland, Esq. from December 2009 to January 2022. Kyle also held positions at CU Direct as the Director of Enterprise Risk and Security from June 2017 to August 2019, and at Huntington Hospital as the Executive Director of Enterprise Architect from June 2015 to June 2017. Kyle's earlier experiences include serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at CU Direct from June 2010 to June 2015, an Information Technology Project Manager at Multiquip Inc. from October 2009 to June 2010, and an IT Manager at First Commercial Bank from July 2001 to October 2009.

Kyle Gililland earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UCLA in 2002. Kyle then pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, graduating in 2009. Kyle further obtained professional certifications including Attorney from the State Bar of California, Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², and GIAC Law of Data Security & Investigations (GLEG) from GIAC Certifications.
