Steve Sager's work experience includes various roles in sales and account management. Steve began their career at The Prince & Izant Companies as a Sales and Customer Service Representative, where they focused on new business development and provided technical customer service. Steve then moved on to become an End Market Leader, leading a team in account retention and new business development while implementing lean manufacturing and risk mitigation programs. Steve later became an Assistant Sales Manager before transitioning to a role as a Key Account Manager, where they drove marketing strategy and retained accountability for new sales growth. Steve then joined Grainger as an Account Manager, focusing on manufacturing companies in Ann Arbor. Steve continued their career at LLamasoft, Inc. as a Senior Business Development professional before joining Everstream Analytics as an Account Manager and eventually a Regional Sales Manager. Steve is currently working as an Account Executive at TraceLink. Steve's experience spans a variety of industries, including aerospace, power generation, and automotive, with a focus on supply chain management and providing solutions to address disruptions and delays.

Steve Sager has a diverse education background. Steve obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University. Steve is currently pursuing a Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM) degree from Penn State University, which they are expected to complete in 2025. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Cleveland State University.

In terms of certifications, Steve has obtained various qualifications. Steve has completed the Six Sigma Foundations and Supply Chain Foundations certifications through LinkedIn in July 2021. In February 2020, they obtained the Sales Discovery certification. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications in January 2020, including Machine Learning and AI Foundations: Predictive Modeling Strategy at Scale, Sales: Closing Strategies, and Sales: Handling Objections, all from LinkedIn.
