Kieran Houston

Kieran Houston has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2010, they worked as a Learner Consultant at Westminster Kingsway College, where they provided accredited information, advice and guidance to a college of over 1000 students and the wider public. Kieran also became a representative of the support staff on the college's board of governors and contributed significantly to the college's 3-year strategic vision. In 2013, they were promoted to Assistant Manager at The Gate restaurant, where they provided excellent customer service and had key-holder responsibilities. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at City Wonders as a Tour Guide, CROP DROP LTD as a Community and Deliveries Manager, and The Old Fire Station as a Building Manager. In 2017, they became the Operations Manager at Jaydub AB (Flippin' Burgers). From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Record Union as an Accountable Lead - Customer Operations and Artist Support & Distribution Manager, and is currently working at Tracklib as a Support Hero.

Kieran Houston has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics, philosophy and economics from the University of Hull (2004-2007). Kieran then obtained an NVQ 4 in Information, Advice and Guidance from Westminster Kingsway College (2012-2013). In 2015, they obtained a Certificate in English Language Teaching for Adults from City and Islington College, specializing in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. In 2021, they obtained two additional certifications: Copyright Law in the Music Business from Coursera (July) and Agile with Atlassian Jira from Coursera (June).
