Julio Santos

Julio Santos has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they were a Therapist at the Fluminense Rehabilitation Association. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Education Intern at Public School Portugal Pequeno and a Human Resources Assistant and Salesperson at Ma Ballet. In 2021, they became a Human Resources Intern at Universidade Federal Fluminense and a People Manager at TRACTIAN. As People Manager, they were responsible for the entire People team, coordinating areas like Talent Acquisition, Tech Recruitment, Personnel Department and Expansion Project. Julio was also an active participant of the full cycle recruitment process for areas like Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, Hardware, and managed the internal personnel benefits, onboarding, retainment strategies and climate research.

Julio Santos has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal Fluminense, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they completed Ensino M\u00e9dio at Col\u00e9gio Pedro II in 2014. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from Universidade Federal Fluminense, LinkedIn, and Universidade S\u00f3lides since 2021.
