Matheus Jorge

Matheus Jorge has extensive work experience in the field of data science. Matheus started their career as a Data Science Intern at Itaú Unibanco in December 2018 and worked there until May 2019. Matheus then became a Data Scientist I from May 2019 to October 2020, before being promoted to the position of Data Scientist II, where they worked until May 2021. In May 2021, Matheus joined Loft as a Senior Data Scientist and stayed with the company until January 2023. Currently, they are working as a Data Scientist at Tractian, starting from January 2023. Before starting their professional career, Matheus also worked as an Expert at Tera from March 2022 onwards.

Matheus Jorge completed their education history by earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Matheus obtained several certifications, including a Data Engineer Nanodegree from Udacity in June 2020, a Data Streaming Nanodegree from Udacity in April 2020, and various certifications from Coursera, such as Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Learning Specialization, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Sequence Models, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning in June and May 2019.
