Heidi Leavitt

Heidi Leavitt is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at Traction Rec since July 2022, following roles as Manager of the PMO and Customer Engagement Manager. Prior to this position, Heidi worked at Logic20/20, Inc. as a Consultant Manager in Strategy and Operations from March 2022 to July 2022. From 2004 to March 2022, Heidi held multiple senior leadership roles at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, including Senior Director of Customer Experience and Director of Strategic Implementation and Support. Earlier in the career, Heidi served as Operations Director and Director of Compensation & Benefits at the YMCA, as well as HR Generalist at Eagle Home Mortgage from 2000 to 2004. Heidi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of Washington between 1995 and 1999.
