Currently serving as the Vice President of Technology & Strategy at Tractor Supply Company, Thomas oversees Retail Systems and manages various key departments. With a background in project management and IT, Thomas has successfully led major projects such as implementing a new POS system and upgrading payment processing platforms. Prior to their current role, Thomas held positions at Office Depot, AutoZone, and IBM Global Services, showcasing their strong leadership and expertise in the field. Thomas's education includes attending The University of Memphis from 1988 to 1990.
