Dragan Maksimovic

Dragan Maksimovic has a strong background in compliance and risk management. Dragan most recently served as the Head of Compliance at TradeCore starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at the Center for Investments and Finance from December 2022 to March 2023. From September 2020 to December 2022, Dragan was a Compliance Officer at TradeCore. Before that, they gained experience as a Risk Consultant at the Center for Investments and Finance from May 2017 to September 2020. Dragan also has extensive experience in banking, having worked at Erste Banka Srbija from June 2010 to April 2017. During their time there, they held various roles, including Business Controller and Head of Brokerage. Additionally, Dragan has experience as a Compliance Officer at Synergy Capital AD – Investment firm from June 2009 to June 2010, and as the Head of Back Office at Synergy Capital AD – Investment firm from August 2007 to June 2009.

Dragan Maksimovic holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Belgrade. Dragan also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Law from the same university.

In addition to their formal education, Dragan has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed the "SQL Essential Training" course offered by LinkedIn. In 2014, they obtained certifications in various subjects including "Grow to Greatness: Smart Growth for Private Businesses, Part I," "Advanced Competitive Strategy," "Economics of Money and Banking, Part Two," "Introduction to Finance," "Economics of Money and Banking, Part One," "Analyzing Global Trends for Business and Society," "Competitive Strategy," and "Grow to Greatness: Smart Growth for Private Businesses, Part II." These certifications were obtained through Coursera.
