Yolanda Carter

Yolanda Carter has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Yolanda started their career as a Marketing Intern at Ideal Visions in 2011, followed by an internship at News14 Carolina. In 2012, Yolanda worked as a Customer Service Clerk at Harris Teeter, where they managed cashiers, handled customer conflicts, and wrote daily performance reviews.

Yolanda then transitioned to a Customer Service Representative role at Rosetta Stone in 2012, providing support to customers. In 2014, Yolanda worked as a Social Media Coordinator/Marketing Assistant at Verstandig Broadcasting.

Yolanda expanded their marketing experience by working as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at ISA in 2015, where they gained skills in communication and project management.

In 2016, they served as a Contract Digital Specialist at VICTORIOUS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, creating promotional videos and managing blog and social media content. Yolanda then joined Dominion Enterprises as an Email Marketing Coordinator before moving on to Trader Interactive, where they held the positions of Email Marketing Coordinator and Sales Operations Analyst.

Additionally, Yolanda is also the owner of Majest Royalty Clothing since 2007. Overall, they have developed a strong background in marketing, customer service, and operations.

Yolanda Carter received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Media and Journalism from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Yolanda completed their undergraduate studies from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Yolanda obtained a certification in IBM Marketing Cloud - Fundamentals from IBM in March 2017.
