Joseph Qian

Joseph Qian has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joseph began their career in 1993 as a Division Manager in the International Trading Department of Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd. During their time there, they managed a division with an annual revenue of $2 million, represented the company at trade shows, and maintained relationships with international accounts.

In 2003, Joseph joined Microprocessor Application Technologies, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer. Joseph provided technical support to customers, developed product data sheets and user manuals, and independently maintained and updated company websites.

In 2013, Joseph joined TradeStation Securities as a 2nd Level Technical Support. Joseph solved technical problems for customers, generated bug reports, and provided instructions on the use of TradeStation's platform trading securities.

Joseph has demonstrated a strong skill set in technical support, troubleshooting, customer service, and relationship management.

Joseph Qian completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from East China University of Science and Technology between 1981 and 1985. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from International Technological University (ITU) from 2000 to 2003.
