Thomas Simon

Tom Simon is a seasoned professional in pilot talent acquisition and recruitment with extensive experience in aviation marketing and management. Currently serving as the Pilot Talent Acquisition Manager at Tradewind Aviation, Tom has developed a comprehensive recruitment process that emphasizes automation and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, as the Director of Marketing and Corporate Recruitment at Kalitta Charters, Tom implemented new ATS software and promoted multiple companies under the Kalitta brand. At Eastern Michigan University, Tom significantly increased enrollment in the aviation program while overseeing marketing and recruitment initiatives. Educationally, Tom holds a B.S. in Aviation Technology with a minor in Aviation Business from Eastern Michigan University.
