Mhrm Marianne Buck

Marianne Buck has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Marianne currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Levy at LEGOLAND since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cornerstone Family Healthcare from February 2016 to January 2021 as the Vice President of Practice Operations, where they were responsible for strategic operational planning for multiple medical sites, staffing, operations, and project implementation.

From November 2010 to February 2016, Marianne served as the Vice President of Human Resources at The Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center, Inc. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at The GHV Family Health Center from August 2008 to November 2010. In this role, they created and implemented the company's first comprehensive Employee Orientation Program, oversaw recruitment during a period of significant company growth, and developed a Jr. Leadership talent development program for management succession. Additionally, Marianne successfully switched benefit programs, resulting in cost savings for the employer and improved contributions for employees.

Marianne Buck, MHRM, SPHR, completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University at Albany, SUNY, from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008.
