Msc. Nour Ogli

Nour Ogli, MSc. has a range of experience in the field of Human Resources. They started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Joud - Procter & Gamble Distributor in 2007. They then moved to Mobile Telephone Networks (MTN) in 2009, where they worked as an Organizational Development Generalist and later as a Leadership Talent Management Partner. In 2013, Nour joined Traffic Management, Inc, initially as an HR Generalist and then progressed through roles such as Hiring Manager, HR Manager, Human Resources Director, and currently serves as the Sr. Director of People Operations. The majority of their work experience has been focused on HR roles, with a particular emphasis on talent management and organizational development.

Nour Ogli earned a Master's degree (MSc.) in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University, completing the program from 2008 to 2009.
