Celester Peñera has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance. In 2009, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Concentrix. From 2011 to 2016, Celester served as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Product Trainer at Convergys. They then joined TeleTech Philippines in 2017, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Product Trainer until 2020. In 2021, Celester joined Trafilea Group as a Social Media Moderator and later took on roles such as Customer Care Analyst for Conversational Commerce, Customer Care Project Management Office Apprentice, and currently as a Project Manager.
Celester Peñera completed their High School Diploma from the University of Baguio between 2000 and 2003. Following this, from 2003 to 2007, they attended Saint Louis University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
