D'Arcy Cross is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Weaver Fundraising since March 2023, D'Arcy previously held significant positions such as Software Architect at hc1, where responsibilities included leading systems design utilizing AWS services and implementing Agile practices. Prior experience includes designing an event-driven integration engine in Azure at Axon, breaking apart a monolithic application into microservices at Alaska Airlines, and leading the development of a charitable gaming system for the State of Michigan at TCC Software Solutions.
