Johnathan Gillespie

Johnathan Gillespie is a professional in project procurement and controls with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Manager of Project Procurement and Project Controls Manager at High Frequency Rail since November 2022, Johnathan manages project control responsibilities for the Rail Access and Rail Safety & Regulatory streams. Previous experience includes roles as Contrôleur de Projets and Conseiller Ordonnancement/Distribution at Hydro Québec, and as Junior Project Control Officer at VIA Rail Canada on the High Frequency Rail Project. Early career experience includes industrial engineering internships at Videotron, where multiple efficiency improvement projects and budget dashboards were developed, as well as a production supervisor internship at Pharmascience focused on coordinating production schedules. Johnathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a DEC in Pure and Applied Sciences from Marianopolis College.
