Kirsten Dellis

Kirsten Dellis has extensive experience in the HR field, spanning across multiple companies. Kirsten is currently working at Trainline as a People Director since October 2021. Prior to this role, they served as Head of HR at Trainline from April 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Trainline, Kirsten worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Trainline from April 2018 to March 2019 and as an HR Business Partner from January 2017 to March 2018. Kirsten also worked as an HR Manager at Badoo from June 2016 to January 2017. Additionally, they have worked at MADE.COM as an HR Business Partner from January 2016 to June 2016 and as an Assistant HR Business Partner from July 2013 to January 2016. Kirsten began their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Fawkes & Reece Recruitment Solutions from November 2010 to June 2013.

Kirsten Dellis completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism at Rhodes University. Kirsten then went on to pursue a degree in Human Resources Management at DPG Plc, where they achieved an Advanced Level 7 certification in CIPD.
