Mark Wickenden

Mark Wickenden has extensive work experience in the technology and operations field. Mark currently holds the position of Technology Director, Infrastructure & Operations at Trainline, where they have been working since 2011. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Platform Reliability Director and Head Of Operations. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as the Head of Delivery at the company. Before joining Trainline, Mark worked at Trainline.com Ltd as a Systems Project Manager from 2006 to 2010. Mark also gained experience as a Release Manager at Capgemini from 2004 to 2006. Throughout their career, Mark has been responsible for implementing major changes in production, improving release and deployment processes, and ensuring effective use of environments supporting production.

Mark Wickenden attended the University of East Anglia from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in History Of Art & Architecture, focusing on Art History, Criticism, and Conservation. Prior to their university studies, they attended The Judd School in Tonbridge, although the specific duration and area of study are unknown.
