Sasha Robinson

Sasha Robinson has a diverse background in people operations and startup advisory roles. They started their career as a Student and Intern at The Washington Center in 2014. In 2015, Sasha interned at Axcient as a Product Marketing/People Team Intern and also worked at CampusLogic as a People Operations Intern before being promoted to People Operations Manager. At CampusLogic, Sasha played a key role in building and scaling the people operations infrastructure, growing the team from 18 to 110 employees, and increasing gender diversity from 18% to 45%. They also partnered with executive leadership on various initiatives, including change management, onboarding, and fostering a values-based culture.

In 2018, Sasha transitioned to Coplex as the Manager of People, Talent, & Experience, where they worked on identifying, starting, and funding high-growth tech ventures. Sasha's responsibilities included de-risking new ventures and optimizing their chances for success by leveraging industry expertise and a proven tech business-building methodology.

Sasha's career also includes roles as a Co-Founder and Co-Host of the Venture Scaler Podcast, a Mentor at Techstars, and a Mentor at First Round Fast Track, where they matched startup leaders with early-stage founders and team members within a mentorship community.

Most recently, Sasha joined Trainual in 2019 as the Director of People Operations and was later promoted to the role of VP of People. Trainual is a leading business playbook software company that focuses on knowledge transfer and scaling companies faster. Sasha's role at Trainual involves documenting processes, policies, and procedures, creating training materials, and streamlining onboarding processes.

Sasha Robinson completed the Tuck Business Bridge Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2019. They also obtained a certification in the same program from the institution. It is unknown whether Sasha attended Arizona State University or Palo Alto High School, as no start or end years were provided for those institutions.
