Kat A.

Kat A. has a wealth of work experience, having held positions at nine different companies since 2005. Kat began their career at EBSCO Publishing as a Data Abstractor in 2005, followed by a role as a Technical Support Professional at Stream Global Services in 2007. In 2010, Kat A. moved to Ingram Micro as a Pre-Sales Engineer, and then to Balsam Brands as an eCommerce Professional in 2013. Kat then joined Hubwoo A Perfect Commerce Company as Team Lead, Technical Support Europe in 2011. In 2016, Kat A. held two positions simultaneously, as a Customer Success Manager at both ReferralCandy and Practice Ignition. Kat then joined Fanbooster as a Senior Customer Success Specialist in 2017, and was promoted to Head of Customer Success in the same year. Finally, in 2019, Kat A. joined Traject as Head of Operations for Sales and Customer Success, and was also Head of Customer Success at Fanbooster.

Kat A. attended the University of the Philippines from 2010 to 2013. In 2017, Kat obtained the SEO Specialist Qualification from ClickMinded. In 2015, Kat obtained the Communicating for Leadership Success certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International. In 2014, Kat obtained the Your Leadership Training certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International. In 2010, Kat obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft. In 2007, Kat obtained the Dell Certified Systems Expert certification from Dell. In 2016, Kat obtained the Analytics Certification from Google. In 2017, Kat obtained the Adwords Search Certification from Google. In 2021, Kat obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. Kat is currently enrolled at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing.
