Rick Cerny

Rick Cerny has extensive experience in business development and leadership roles. Rick is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at TRAKAmerica since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President at Berman & Rabin | LegalStream from September 2020 to October 2021. From July 2018 to August 2020, they held the position of VP Business Development at Dynamic Recovery Solutions. Rick also has experience as the owner of TM Corp from January 2015 to May 2018. Furthermore, Rick Cerny founded and served as the President of Protocol Recovery Service, Inc. from 1999 to 2014. Rick has previous involvement as a minority owner at Nationwide Recovery Service and in a sales role at Master Collectors.

Rick Cerny pursued their higher education from 1978 to 1982 at Ohio Wesleyan University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. During their time at the university, they focused on Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Broadcast Communications.
