Courtney Jonas

Courtney Jonas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Courtney currently works at Trakstar as the Senior Customer Success Team Leader of Implementation, where they lead and grows the Implementation Team and focuses on customer onboarding and project milestones. Prior to this, they worked at NuVescor Group as a Manager, where they defined capability areas within the Finance, Administration, HR & IT team and streamlined processes and systems. Courtney also served as the Operations Manager at Admissions Geek, providing operational support and managing software systems. Courtney has experience in the hospitality industry as well, having served as the Managing Partner of Galley Enterprises, Inc. and the General Manager of The Downtown Grille - Parry Restaurant Group. Courtney has also held roles such as the Regional Manager of Workplace Operations at Pivotal Software, Inc., the Director of Food and Beverage at The Clifton Inn, the Food and Beverage Director at Mirbeau Inn & Spa, and the Outlets & Beverage Manager at High Peaks Resort. Additionally, they worked as a Web & Graphic Designer as a self-employed consultant.

Courtney Jonas attended Lakeridge High School from 1998 to 2001. Courtney then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government at St. Lawrence University from 2001 to 2005.
