Rebecca McAlpine

Rebecca McAlpine has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rebecca began their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at Siegel JCC of Delaware in 2010 and later worked as a Dining Room Server at Five Star Quality Care. In 2013, they became a Lifeguard at Siegel JCC before joining Attend.com as a Lead Generation Intern in 2014.

In 2015, McAlpine worked as a Global Relationship Group Co-op at Wellington Management. The following year, they held a position as a Rotational Associate at IDEA: Northeastern University's Venture Accelerator.

In 2016, McAlpine worked as a Performance Marketing Assistant at Adobe and simultaneously as a Rotational Associate at IDEA: Northeastern University's Venture Accelerator. Afterwards, they joined Bluewolf, an IBM Company, as an Agile Business Executive and later as a Business Analyst.

From 2019 to 2022, McAlpine worked at DHI Group, Inc. where they served as an Associate Salesforce Product Manager and later as a Product Manager. Rebecca'sresponsibilities included managing job application products, overseeing user research and interviews, wireframing, storyboarding, and conducting A/B testing. Rebecca also prioritized cross-functional requests and strategic roadmaps, collaborated with operational teams, and prepared new products for release.

Currently, McAlpine is working at Trakstar as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on product management responsibilities.

Rebecca McAlpine completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Finance, and Marketing at Northeastern University from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include PMC Level III - Design, PMC Level II - Focus, and PMC Level I - Foundations from Pragmatic Institute in September, August, and July 2021 respectively. Rebecca also obtained the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in March 2019 and the Healthcare Industry Foundations certification from IBM in January 2019. Other certifications include App Customization Specialist from Trailhead by Salesforce in October 2018, Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant in August 2018, Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant in May 2018, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant in April 2018, Salesforce Certified Administrator in February 2018, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in February 2018, and Google Adwords Certification from Google in August 2016.
