Andrew Horn

CFO at Trammell Crow Company

Andrew Horn serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Real Estate Investment (REI) business segment, which consists of CBRE’s investment management and real estate development businesses. He also leads CBRE’s Financial Innovation Office, which supports all Finance Transformation Initiatives, including systems and tool deployments, the Company’s Reporting COE, and the Global Processes & Systems organization. Project Management Finance also reports to Andrew. He joined the Finance Innovation Office in April 2020 and served as the Vice President until his promotion in June 2021. In this role, he helped to create the framework for the Finance Transformation and the establishment of the Reporting Center Of Excellence.

Prior to his role in the Finance Innovation Office, Andrew was the Global Head of Finance at Hana, CBRE’s flexible-office space subsidiary, where he oversaw all finance-related requirements including budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, balance sheet management and capital forecasting.

Before his role at Hana, he served as a Vice President at AlixPartners where he advised clients on a range of matters, including turnarounds and restructuring. He also has held numerous roles at both Trammell Crow Company and CBRE.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
