Ushanka Rathnayake

Ushanka Rathnayake is a procurement expert with extensive experience in supply chain management, currently working at Trans Maldivian Airways Pvt. Ltd. since November 2023, where responsibilities include managing aircraft spare parts repair and procurement, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and developing procurement strategies. Previous roles include Assistant Manager of Sourcing & Contracts at Airtel Sri Lanka, and Procurement In-charge at EAM Maliban Textiles, where Ushanka successfully optimized vendor relationships and implemented effective procurement strategies. Additional experience includes positions as Supply Chain Planner and Data Analyst at Michelin, and Front Office/Purchasing Supervisor at Nathaliya Tourist Hotel.
