Sandy Goldstein Mshsa

Sandy Goldstein has extensive experience in healthcare leadership and quality management. Sandy currently holds the position of Vice President of Quality & Clinical Operations at Transcarent since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Quality & Clinical Operations at Transcarent from December 2021 to January 2023. From 2020 to 2021, Sandy worked as a Principal Consultant at Mercer, where they focused on healthcare consulting and pandemic response projects. In 2014, they joined Banner Health as the Chief Nursing Officer, overseeing multiple departments and personnel. Sandy'sresponsibilities included improving clinical performance and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Sandy also worked at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Employee Health & Wellness Nurse from 2011 to 2014, where they implemented performance improvement strategies and managed patient complaints. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles at Centura Health, including Director of Quality & Medical Staff Services and Clinical Director of Neuro Trauma. Sandy is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in quality management and clinical operations.

Sandy Goldstein obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Florida from 2000 to 2005. Sandy later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Health Care Administration/Management from Regis University, completing it in 2008. Sandy Goldstein has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Health Coach from the National Society of Health Coaches in December 2020, Nurse Executive Advanced - Board Certified from the American Nurses Association in December 2017, and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) in December 2014. Sandy also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
