Darwyn Harp

Darwyn Harp is the EVP and Managing Member at Transcend Security Solutions. Prior to joining Transcend, Darwyn was a General Property Manager at Hines from September 1996 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for contract administration, lease administration, contractor management, human resources, budget preparation and administration, monthly financial reporting, light construction management, project management, move coordination, tenant relations, and various other responsibilities.

From February 1994 to September 1996, Darwyn worked as an analyst at Rice Capital. In this role, they were responsible for investment analysis in private placement debt and equity.

Darwyn began their professional career as an Assistant Vice President at NationsBank from February 1990 to February 1994.

Darwyn Harp reports to Shawn Crane, COO, Co-Founder, and Managing Member. Some direct reports include Michael Hulsebos - Field Operations Manager, Autumn Larson - Division Manager. They are on a team with Jim Brown - Risk Manager, Brian Savino - Director of Operations.
