Angelo Viti

Angelo Viti has extensive work experience in HR and leadership roles. Angelo is currently serving as the EMEA HR Director at Transcom, responsible for overseeing HR operations in 25 countries. Prior to this, they were the HR Director Cluster Italy at Transcom, where they managed HR processes in multiple locations. Angelo has also served as an HR Director at Nadella Group and as the Head of Human Resources at a2a amsa. Angelo has experience in the aviation industry as well, having held the position of Head of Human Resources at Airport Handling S.p.A. / dnata group. Angelo has also worked as the Group HR Manager at Elior Group / ITINERE and as the HR & Legal Affairs Director at Carlsberg Italia SpA. Additionally, Angelo has a background in law, having worked in a law firm and as a Carabiniere in the Arma dei Carabinieri.

Angelo Viti completed an MBA - Master in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi from 2014 to 2016, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management. In 2021, they obtained certification as a Certified (ICF) business coach from the Professional Coaching School Di Marina Osnaghi. In 2019 and 2020, they attended the Jan Ardui systemic coaching program and became a Business Coach with a field of study in systemic coaching. Angelo also completed a course on mediation for civil and commercial disputes at Camera Arbitrale di Milano in 2017. Prior to these, they earned a degree in Strategic HR in Transforming Organizations from the London Business School in 2011 and a Master's in Organization & Personnel with a field of study in Human Resources Management from SDA Bocconi in 2008. Angelo holds a degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano and completed a Classics program at liceo classico "V.Tonolli" - Verbania for their high school education. Additionally, they obtained the ACTP Master coaching professional competence certification from Coaching & Coaching - Marina Osnaghi in 2022 and a Business Coach certification from Jan Ardui - systemic coaching in 2020.
