Wilma Reitsema

Wilma Reitsema has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Wilma started their career at KPN Callcenters as a Uitbestedingscoordinator from 1998 to 2001. Wilma then worked at SNT as an account manager in 2001-2002. From 2002 onwards, they joined Transcom and held multiple positions such as Account Manager, Business Manager, HR Project Manager, Internationaal projectmanager, Acting Head of HR Central Europe, and currently serves as the Global Head of HR Processes and Projects since October 2018.

Wilma Reitsema attended Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 1990 to 1995, where they studied Facility Management. Wilma also has additional certifications including Miracle Roadmap from 365 Dagen Succesvol, Structured Project Management from Anadeon, Aon Certification Training for online assessments of Personality traits, Cognitive abilities, and 360 feedback from Aon Assessment Sverige (f.d. cut-e), Scrumcompany.nl from Scrum Company, and Behavioral testing Sosie in 2014. In 2013, they completed the Personal Efficiency Program.
